One of the simplest ways to rank on page 1 of Google is to get as many one way text links pointing back to your site as possible. As you may know…I’m a big, big fan of automation…and one of my favorite tools that I use to to get one way text links…is a company called 3 Way Links.

If you need some proof that 3 Way Links works….just go to Google and search for the phrase “online business coach” and “online business mentor” …I’m usually on page one for both terms…and I’ve used nothing more than 3 Way Links to do this.

Jon Leger is a master at inventing software that automates tedious little tasks…and this was a complete home run.

What is Web 2.0?

As Web 2.0 becomes less of just a buzzword and more of a reality, the types of sites webmasters need to publish will increasingly become more important. In other words, mini-sites are slowly dying and cookie-cutter article sites are on the way out as well. Web surfers will become more value-focused and web companies will become larger in their niche and will be viewed as an Authority Site.

Web 2.0 is basically a trend or the idea of websites being more interactive with the surfers. These type of sites usually offer a way for the web surfers to voice their opinion through blogs, forums, and other interactive gadgets.

In the past three years, I have noticed a lot of Plugin Profit Site members come and go. Too many members were not making any money from PIPS and this was becoming a major problem.

Statistics show that about 95% of the people fail in online business.

About 3 years ago when I first joined PIPS, I decided in my heart that I am NOT going to be a part of the 95% of the people that fail.

And I decided that I will do whatever it takes to become successful at this business.

While that worked for me, I saw many people come and go…many tried and failed. And after watching this crazy cycle for several years…

I concluded that there was a major problem with PIPS…

The story usually goes like this…

1. You get all excited and join the Plugin Profit Site

2. You eagerly start going through the “30 Days To Success”

3. You follow each recommendation, and start spending money.

4. You think the money will soon start to come in…but it doesn’t.

5. The 30 days are up, and you are out of money…

6. You quit, thinking that you have failed…but you have no idea why…

The truth is, you didn’t fail……the system failed.

After I realized that this was an ongoing problem…and I decided to create a mastermind group and recruit some of the biggest names in PIPS…or some of the most successful Plugin Profit Site members…and get ask them to offer their knowledge in the form of a mentoring group.

We went into a full launched on Feb. 27th…and the results since have been awesome!

I absolutely love this video of Seth Godin…very nice presentation, and very good speaker. I was going to write a detailed post on finding an idea or niche…but this video explains it so well, and much better than I could. So just watch the video…its very entertaining.
